Yoga Born Childbirth Education

Yoga Born childbirth preparation series is an innovative approach that integrates yoga with current information about labor and birth in an interactive, open-minded, fun and relaxing environment.

 

Yoga Born is intended for everyone, regardless of your birth plan, and is conducted in small intimate groups, allowing for individualized instruction as needed. No other class gives you the benefit of a complete childbirth education course while practicing the art of yoga, breath-work and meditation in preparation for this amazing time for you and your partner.

Postnatal Baby & Me Yoga

Ease your post pregnancy body back into shape, and bond with your little one through the practice of practical, safe and baby friendly yoga postures.  

Tailored to mamas and babies 6 weeks post delivery, and babies up to early crawling age. 

Toddler Time Yoga

Suitable for strong walkers to age 4.  This class begins to build the foundation for a lifelong yoga practice, and is based on movement, songs, stories and fun!

 

Caregivers get to stretch and relax too!

Yoga for Children

Children ages 4-10 will learn traditional yoga postures, meditations, and breath work through songs, games, and activities.  

 

Kids will build strength, confidence, and focus while learning simple relaxation techniques they can use off the mat.

Kids Yoga Party!

Booking for birthdays, graduations, summer camps, or just for fun!  This 75 minute class includes a yogic crafting project, music, movement and mindfulness.
