Yin Yoga & Sound Healing

Join Maria Rivera and Rosie Lazroe for this two hour yin yoga and sound healing experience. To prepare the body and mind you will be given a personal essential oil roller, and guided through some gentle breathwork as you listen to the sounds of drums, chimes and rattles to clear your auric field. Then Maria will guide you through a chakra balancing Yin Yoga practice as Rosie plays all 12 crystal singing bowls and 4 Koshi chimes to assist your chakras into balance and connect you to the elements. Class will conclude with a 20 minute Venus gong bath savasana. The planet Venus resonates with magnetism, creativity and love in all forms. The vibration of the Venus gong has the power to replenish the beauty and harmony of Venus energy within and around you. Hands on and remote reiki will be offered throughout the experience.
