Learn how to play quartz crystal singing bowls, and activate the healing power of your voice in this experiential workshop led by Certified Sound Healer, Rosie Lazroe.

This workshop is perfect for: Those who are new to playing crystal singing bowls and would like to refine their technique Those who currently play crystal singing bowls and would like to do so with a group Anyone who enjoys chanting or singing Anyone who has the desire to chant or sing, but feels nervous or scared Anyone who feels the call to empower their voice Anyone who has the desire to learn more about crystal bowls and voice for sound healing

The experience: Learn how to clear and activate your auric field with sound meditation Learn how to awaken your chakra system and energy body through sound Refine your technique while playing the crystal singing bowls Learn exercises to heal and empower your throat chakra, and harness the healing power of your voice

What to bring: Bring 1-3 crystal bowls if you have them (bowls are available for use, but are limited) Bring your voice Water or something to drink A sweater in case it is chilly
