About the event
Weekly, live virtual class via Zoom. Class format changes each week, and includes Hatha and Restorative Yoga, breath work and meditation. Suitable for all trimesters.
Please fill out the waiver for Zoom link, (click "waiver" tab on website).
Classes are $15 for drop in, and $44 for a 4 class package, (expires in 3 months).
