Mother's Day Sound Bath ~ Restore & Recharge

Restore and recharge this Mother's Day in this deeply relaxing guided meditation and crystal singing bowl sound bath designed to result in a feeling of deep rest and rejuvenation.

We will begin with a drum journey as you move through a gentle yoga asana, ultimately resting in a restorative yoga posture for breath work and guided meditation with singing bowls and koshi chimes.

Crystals will be placed around the room and non-contact Reiki will be offered.  Please bring any yoga props that you may enjoy using for complete relaxation.

All are welcome, no experience required.
