Mommy & Me : Pre-crawlers

This unique 45 minute class will allow both you and your baby to experience all the benefits of yoga!

Get your postnatal body back in shape by burning calories, strengthening your muscles, building cardiovascular endurance, improving your flexibility and balance, all while interacting with your baby. You will learn various baby massage techniques to soothe your baby and relieve any discomfort he or she may be experiencing. You will enjoy watching your baby socialize and noticing the other babies in the class. Most of all, you will have fun and will cherish the time bonding with your baby for years to come.
