Yoga for all trimesters of pregnancy. 75 minute session in any of the following modalities: ~ Restorative ~ Hatha ~ Vinyasa ~Khalsa Way Kundalini Yoga ~ Yoga Born - for labor and delivery $85 private or semi-private class for up to 3 students. $21 each additional student. Session packages are available. 15 minute telephone consultation included. Prenatal Yoga is designed to uplift your spirit, bring strength and comfort to your changing body, enhance your bond with your baby and create confidence and radiance during pregnancy and childbirth.
