Baby & Me Postnatal Yoga

Service Description

Move, stretch and strengthen your body while bonding with your little one through the practice of practical, safe and baby friendly yoga postures.   For mamas and babies 6 weeks post delivery, up to early crawling age. $65 for 45 minute class for up to three mama/baby duos. $15 each additional duo. Session packages are available.
