Weekly Hatha Yoga, open to seasoned and beginner practitioners.
Live online class. Please fill out the waiver (click "waiver" tab on the website). Zoom link will be mailed to you.
Classes are $15 for drop in, $45 for a 4 class package, (expires in 3 months).
