As we head into the end of 2021 and into a new year, let the sound of quartz crystal singing bowls and koshi chimes allow your body and mind to release stress and tension and receive this healing energy.

Please bring any yoga props (pillows, blankets, bolsters) you may enjoy using for restorative postures.
